Important Note: After dinner has been served, attendees at the ""Warm Up the Winter Event" will have the option to move back and forth to and from the adjoining ballroom for association and to enjoy the "Family and Friends Event" featuring
"The Classic Jammerz Band". Additionally, attendees at the "Family and Friends Event" will have the option to move back and forth to and from the adjoining ballroom for association at the "Warm Up the Winter Event" and to enjoy the sounds of "The Tri-City Band".
Hotel Accommodations
The block of rooms are being held under the group name: "Friends and Family of Tim Redmond"
Reserve a room at the DoubleTree by Hilton, for Friday and/or Saturday night. The rate is $119.00 for King or double. Booking options:

For online bookings the default bed size is double; to get a King room when reserving online go to "Book a Room" then go to "Edit Stay (in the top right corner)" then change the date from the 26th to the 27th then continue with your reservation.
Room rates will increase after Tuesday November 26th. Reserve before that date to get the group rate.
No RSVP needed if
you do not plan to attend.
